These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the kryptonx.io website (the "Site") and your engagement with KryptonX, a service vertical of Krypton Solutions (Pvt) Ltd. ("KryptonX," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing the Site or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.
KryptonX provides dedicated engineering teams and related services, including but not limited to PCB design, embedded systems development, electrical engineering, engineering drawings, IoT system design, and solar design ("Services"). Specific scope, deliverables, pricing, and timelines for any engagement are defined separately in a signed proposal, statement of work, or service agreement between KryptonX and the client, which takes precedence over these Terms in the event of any conflict.
You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You may not use the Site in any way that could damage, disable, or impair its functionality, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or related systems.
Submitting a project brief or contact form through the Site does not create a binding contract or obligation on either party. A formal engagement begins only once both parties agree to and sign a separate proposal or service agreement outlining scope, deliverables, timeline, and pricing.
All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, and design — is the property of Krypton Solutions (Pvt) Ltd. unless otherwise stated, and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without prior written permission. Intellectual property rights relating to deliverables produced under a specific client engagement are governed by the terms of that engagement's separate agreement.
Any project details shared with us through the Site or during discovery calls will be treated as confidential and used solely for the purpose of evaluating and delivering the requested engineering services, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
The Site and its content are provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, KryptonX and Krypton Solutions (Pvt) Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site. Liability relating to actual service engagements is governed by the applicable signed service agreement.
The Site may contain links to third-party platforms (such as LinkedIn, Upwork, or Fiverr). We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of these third-party sites.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless otherwise specified in a separate signed service agreement.
We may revise these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
