PCB Design Services

Layouts that pass signal integrity and manufacture cleanly

PCB design is where a good schematic succeeds or fails. We handle schematic capture through manufacturing-ready output, routing for signal integrity, thermal performance and manufacturability from the first placement decision, not as an afterthought.

SCOPE / WHAT THIS COVERS

Everything under PCB Design Services.

Schematic Capture

Circuit schematics built for clarity and correctness, ready for design review before layout starts.

PCB Layout

Single-layer through complex multi-layer layout, including high-speed and mixed-signal boards.

Component Footprint Libraries

Custom and verified footprint libraries matched to your component sourcing.

DRC/ERC Verification

Design rule and electrical rule checks run before release, not discovered at fabrication.

Signal Integrity & Power Design

Controlled impedance, length matching and power distribution for high-speed interfaces.

Manufacturing-Ready Output

Complete fabrication and assembly packages that manufacturers can build without a query loop.

METHOD / HOW WE APPROACH IT

A process built to avoid rework.

01
Schematic Review

Circuit and component review before layout begins, to catch issues while they're still cheap to fix.

02
Stack-Up & Placement

Layer stack-up, impedance targets and component placement for signal flow, thermal behavior and manufacturability.

03
Routing & Verification

Controlled-impedance routing, DRC/ERC checks and power and ground analysis.

04
Manufacturing Release

Complete Gerber/ODB++, drill, assembly and BOM package, ready for your fabricator.

OUTPUT / WHAT YOU RECEIVE

Deliverables, not just design files.

Native layout source files (Altium, OrCAD or KiCAD)
Gerber/ODB++ fabrication package
Assembly package: pick-and-place, paste layers, drawings
DRC/ERC verification reports
Bill of materials with alternates
3D model for mechanical fit checks

QUESTIONS / COMMON QUESTIONS

What clients usually ask.

Which PCB tools do you work in?
Altium Designer, Cadence OrCAD and KiCAD. We'll work in whichever tool your team already uses so the design stays maintainable in-house.
Can you do layout only if we've already done the schematic?
Yes, we review the schematic first to flag anything that will cause layout or manufacturing issues, then take it through routing and release.
How many layers can you handle?
From two-layer boards through dense multi-layer stack-ups with controlled impedance and blind or buried vias.
What do you need from us to start?
The schematic (or requirements if starting from scratch), mechanical constraints, any high-speed interface requirements, and your fabricator's capability file if you have one.
